If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellation

Please note that once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately and sent to our fulfillment center. For this reason, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been submitted.

Returns & Refunds

We proudly offer a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Shireza™ conditioner after using it as directed, please contact our customer support team within 90 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund, please provide:

• Your order number

• A brief explanation of your experience with the product

• Photos of the product (if requested by our support team)

Refund requests are reviewed individually to ensure our products have been used as intended and to prevent abuse of our guarantee.

If your request is approved:

• Used products may qualify for a refund under our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

• Unopened and unused products may be returned. A $3 return shipping label fee may apply where applicable.

• Please note that some countries do not allow cosmetic product returns due to local regulations. In these cases, return options may be limited.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we cannot issue refunds for shipping delays or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

To prevent misuse of our guarantee, customers are eligible for one refund under the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, regardless of the number of orders placed.

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) using the original payment method. Any fees related to currency conversion or exchange rates are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Usage & Safety

Your safety is important to us. Please use Shireza™ products only as directed on the packaging and follow all recommended usage instructions.

We are not responsible for damage, irritation, or other issues resulting from misuse, improper application, failure to follow instructions, or known sensitivities to cosmetic ingredients.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package every order to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

An item is considered damaged if:

• The bottle or container is broken or leaking.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Minor cosmetic damage to the shipping box (such as dents or scratches) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the damage

If approved, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not replace or refund products damaged due to normal use, accidental damage, improper storage, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we work hard to deliver every order as quickly as possible, shipping times may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shireza™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, we verify billing and shipping information for all orders.

We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing an order. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
